Actions and confirmation#
An action is a tool call that changes something outside the conversation: booking a slot, writing a lead, hitting your webhook. Because these have real effects, every action fires with confirmation controls. You decide per action whether it runs automatically, asks the visitor to confirm first, or requires a human to approve — so an agent never books a meeting or writes to your CRM without the guardrail you set.
Reacting to actions#
To run your own systems when an action lands — sync a booking, notify a channel, kick off a workflow — subscribe to events over Webhooks. Booking, lead, and escalation events all fire there.
