Introduction

Whizz Desk.

Build a team of AI agents that answers your customers across a website widget, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and email. Assemble it from visual blocks or paste your website link and let it build itself.

Whizz Desk is a self-serve front office. A front office is a team of AI agents that share one memory, one knowledge base, and one set of channels. It answers questions, captures leads, books meetings, and escalates to a human when it should. You ship it in minutes and it runs on the Whizz Engine.

Two ways to build#

Every account starts empty. There are two paths to a working front office, and you can mix them.

Blocks#

Drag blocks onto a canvas and wire them together: an Agent to answer, a Knowledge block for your documents, a Booking block for your calendar, a Guardrails block to keep it on-topic. Each block has a small set of fields. Nothing is code.

Paste your website URL. Whizz Desk crawls it, infers what your business does, and proposes a branded agent team with knowledge already ingested. You review the proposal and apply it, then keep editing in blocks. See Build from a link.

Core concepts#

Six terms carry the whole product.

Team#

A team (a front office) is the unit you publish. It owns a roster of agents, one knowledge base, one memory, and a set of channels. An organization can have one or many teams by plan.

Agent#

An agent has a name, a role, instructions, triggers, and a set of tools. A Router directs each message to the right agent automatically, so a visitor never picks who they talk to. See Agents & blocks.

Knowledge#

Knowledge is what your agents can cite. Upload documents, crawl a site, or paste text; Whizz Desk indexes it for retrieval and attaches citations to answers. See Knowledge & memory.

Memory#

Agents remember customers across conversations. A returning visitor is recognized, and prior context carries forward, so the second conversation does not start from zero.

Channel#

A channel is a surface a customer reaches you on: the web widget, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Messenger, Instagram, or email. One team answers on all of them. See Channels.

Credit#

1 credit = 1 answered message, on any agent, any channel, any model. That is the only unit you meter. Building a team and ingesting knowledge are near-free hooks, not per-message charges.
