1 credit = 1 answered message — any agent, any channel, any model, one flat unit. Building a team from your URL and ingesting knowledge are near-free hooks, not metered per message.
How do I get a price?+
Email sales@whizztech.ai with your website and a rough sense of monthly conversation volume. We quote the plan, included messages, and overage for your front office — usually the same day.
Do you charge per user?+
No. We meter the work — answered messages — not the people. There is no per-seat line on any plan and there never will be.
What happens if I run over my plan?+
Answering keeps working. Overage is billed at the posted per-message rate quoted with your plan — no surprise tier bump, no throttling mid-conversation. Pack credits never expire and are consumed after plan credits.
Which model do the agents run on?+
The Whizz Engine. We route each message to the right model behind one flat credit price, so you never do per-model math or get billed differently for a smarter answer. When we improve the engine, your price does not change.
Can I export my data?+
Yes — conversations, leads, contacts, and knowledge export on every plan, including Free. Your front office is yours.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Plans are month to month with no annual lock-in. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next cycle, and you keep access until the period ends. Pack credits you purchased never expire.
